Baked Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 T fat
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 cup condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 lb. cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Brown chops in hot fat in heavy fry pan; remove.
- Add onion, soup, & milk to fat in pan; blend & set aside.
- Place alternate layers of potatoes & cabbage in 2-quart casserole or 8 x 8 pan.
- Sprinkle each layer with flour; pour soup sauce over each layer.
- Place chops on top.
- Cover casserole and bakke @ 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
