    • Round steak
    • Regular or seasoned salt.
    • Pepper
    • Flour
    • Oil


    Instructions


    1. Tendorize meat, if necessary. A knife works well.
    2. Flour meat.
    3. Season with salt & pepper.
    4. Brown in hot oil.
    5. Place in baking dish with a small amount of water; cover.
    6. Bake @ 325 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours until done.
