Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Recipe Introduction
This is a wonderful rub for pork loin on the grill. Cheryl & Tony have used it a lot.
List of Ingredients
- 1 - 3 T chili powder
- t tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb. each)
Instructions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Rub over tenderloins.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
- Grill over hot coals for 15 minutes per side or until juices run clear or the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Final Comments
Don't be afraid to use the chili powder: 3 T is best. Yield: 8 servings.
