Grandma Alice's cucumber salad

List of Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Teaspoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons chopped chives or green onion tops
Few drops of Tobasco sauce
1 Teaspoons salt



Recipe

Sprinkle cucumbers with 1 tsp. salt. Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to cucumbers.
