Farm Bureau Luncheon in Eureka






Recipe Introduction


A quick and easy meal to prepare. I first had this stew at a Farm Bureau luncheon where we were given this recipe.





List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. stewing meat
  
• 2 potatoes, cut in pieces
  
• 2 carrots, cut in pieces
  
• 1 large onion, cut in chunks
  
• 1 cup of tomato juice
  
• 1/4 tsp. thyme
  
• 3 Tbs. minute tapioca
  
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  






Instructions



1. Mix ingredients and place in casserole dish.
   
2. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or less.
   
3. Meat will be browned as stew thickens.
