- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Throughtly combine cocoa, sugar and salt. Stir in milk, bring to a boil on medium heat; stirring constantly. Boil without stirring until in soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, do not stir. Cool at room temperature to 110*F. Beat until fudge thickens and looses some of it's gloss. Quickly spread into a lightly greased plate.
