    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups sugar
    • 2/3 cup cream or evaporated milk
    • 3/4 cup butter
    • 1 (7 ounce)jar of marshmallow cream
    • 12 ounce package white choolate chips
    • 3 teaspoons extract of your choice (orange, strawberry, etc)
    • food color to match flavor (orange or orange, red for strawberry)


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, cream or evaporated milk and butter in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook to 240* on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat, stir in marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips. Add extract and food coloring. Pour into a buttered pan (13x9x2 or 9x9). Chill for one hour and then cut into squares.
      Yield 3 pounds
