Easy Bake Mostaccioli

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb box mostaccioli, cooked al dente
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 lb sausage, Italian or regular
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms chopped
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Olive oil
- 2 large jars prepared tomato pasta sauce
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz tomato & basil feta cheese
Instructions
- Cook & drain pasta.
- Brown sausage & ground round, season with salt & pepper to taste. Drain well.
- Saute onion, green pepper & mushrooms in some olive oil.
- Mix pasta, sausage, ground round, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in a large mixing bowl.
- Add 2 jars of tomato pasta sauce and 1 jar alfredo sauce.
- Mix well.
- Mix ricotta cheese & eggs together.
- Spray 12"x14" baking dish or lasagna pan with cooking spray.
- Place 1/2 of pasta, meat, sauce mixture in pan. Spread ricotta & egg mixture over pasta.
- Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
- Put remaining pasta & meat mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with remaining mozzarella & feta cheese.
- Spread Parmesan cheese on top of mozzarella & feta cheeses.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot throughout.
- Serves 10-12
