    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb box mostaccioli, cooked al dente
    • 1 lb ground round
    • 1 lb sausage, Italian or regular
    • 1 medium onion chopped
    • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
    • 8 oz mushrooms chopped
    • Italian seasoning, to taste
    • Olive oil
    • 2 large jars prepared tomato pasta sauce
    • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
    • 8 oz ricotta cheese
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 4 oz tomato & basil feta cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook & drain pasta.
    2. Brown sausage & ground round, season with salt & pepper to taste. Drain well.
    3. Saute onion, green pepper & mushrooms in some olive oil.
    4. Mix pasta, sausage, ground round, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in a large mixing bowl.
    5. Add 2 jars of tomato pasta sauce and 1 jar alfredo sauce.
    6. Mix well.
    7. Mix ricotta cheese & eggs together.
    8. Spray 12"x14" baking dish or lasagna pan with cooking spray.
    9. Place 1/2 of pasta, meat, sauce mixture in pan. Spread ricotta & egg mixture over pasta.
    10. Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese.
    11. Put remaining pasta & meat mixture on top of the cheese.
    12. Top with remaining mozzarella & feta cheese.
    13. Spread Parmesan cheese on top of mozzarella & feta cheeses.
    14. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot throughout.
    15. Serves 10-12
