List of Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes, reserve juice
- 1 24 oz bag frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1 15 oz can pitted ripe olives, drained & halved or quartered
- 1/2 jar salsa of your choice
- 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, washed & chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- McCormick's Garlic & Herb Seasoning to taste
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together including juice from canned tomatoes. Chill and serve with chips, etc.
