No Easter ham is complete without this sweet and tangy glaze.
List of Ingredients
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- Just enough white vinegar to make the glaze into a thick paste
Instructions
- Mix ingredients. About 15 minutes before removing the ham from the oven, smear glaze over the top of the ham. Return the ham to the oven to finish baking.

If you wish, you may score the ham prior to adding glaze.
