    Crockpot Chili Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground chuck
    • 1 lb well seasoned bulk susage
    • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
    • 1 large green pepper, chopped
    • 2 large cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 package Chili-Man chili mix
    • 2 15 oz cans Brook's tomato sauce for chili, mild
    • 1 8 oz can Hunt's tomato sauce
    • 1 15 oz can Brook's spicy chili beans
    • 1 can large ripe olives, drained & sliced
    • 1 4 oz can chopped green chiles
    • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 15 oz can beef broth
    • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • Sour cream
    • Grated Cheddar or Jack cheese


    Instructions


    1. Brown meats with onions, green pepper & garlic. Pour off fat.

    2. Mix all ingredients except sour cream & cheese. Pour into a 5 quart crockpot.

    3. Cook on high 3-4 hours or until macaroni is done.

    4. Serve with sour cream, grated cheese & hot, buttered cornbread.



    Final Comments


    Makes enough to serve a crowd.
