Side Meat Ribs With Vegetables

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs red potatoes, peeled & cut into quarters
- 2 lb baby carrots
- 3 large yellow onions, peeled & sliced
- 2 envelopes Lipton dried onion soup
- salt & pepper to taste
- 6 lb side meat pork ribs
- 1 15 oz can chicken broth
Instructions
- Place onions onto the bottom of a 6 quart crockpot. Add potatoes, carrots. Salt & pepper to taste.
- Place ribs onto the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle dried onion soup onto the top of each portion of ribs.
- Add chicken broth.
- Covr and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
