    Side Meat Ribs With Vegetables

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs red potatoes, peeled & cut into quarters
    • 2 lb baby carrots
    • 3 large yellow onions, peeled & sliced
    • 2 envelopes Lipton dried onion soup
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • 6 lb side meat pork ribs
    • 1 15 oz can chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. Place onions onto the bottom of a 6 quart crockpot. Add potatoes, carrots. Salt & pepper to taste.
    2. Place ribs onto the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle dried onion soup onto the top of each portion of ribs.
    3. Add chicken broth.
    4. Covr and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
