Chicken & Stuffing Bake

List of Ingredients
- 4 Large, boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 Cup sour cream
- 1 Can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 Box Stovetop stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 Cup water
- 4 Tbl butter
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare stuffing as directed on box using the 1 1/2 cup of water and 4 Tbl. butter.
- Mix soup with 3/4 cup of sour cream.
- Butter a 9x13" baking dish.
- Spread some of the soup mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Rinse chicken under very hot, running water & pat dry. Place on top of soup in the baking dish.
- Spread remainder of soup over the chicken breasts.
- Top with prepared stuffing.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
