Ground Turkey Loaf

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 6 oz box Stovetop Stuffing, chicken or turkey flavor
- 2 1/2 oz Caesar salad croutons
- 1 envelope Lipton Garlic & Herb dried soup mix
- 3/4 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ribs celery,diced
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rubbed sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
- Extra light olive oil
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
- Pulse stuffing mix, croutons and soup mix in food processor or blender until croutons are reduced to fine crumbs.
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil and pack mixture into prepared pan.
- Brush top of mixture with olive oil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf is done.
