List of Ingredients



• 1 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 tsp sugar
  
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  
• 1/2 tsp paprika
  
• 1/4 cup tarragon wine vinegar
  
• 1 cup Safflower oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake to combine.
   
   
2. Store leftover dressing covered in the refrigerator.
   
   






Final Comments


My father liked this dressing on plain iceburg lettuce wedges.
