    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package Starkist fancy white albacore in water (7.06 oz pouch)
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • Garlic flavored wine vinegar
    • Italian seasoning
    • Grated Parmesan cheese
    • Roasted red pepper strips
    • Sweet onion slices
    • Chopped or sliced ripe olives (plain or marinated)
    • Fresh spinach leaves
    • 4 Hoagie rolls


    Instructions


    1. Mix olive oil, vinegar and Italian herbs to taste. Spread on inside of top & bottom of each hoagie roll.
    2. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on bottom half of each roll.
    3. Add flaked tuna, onion slices, roasted red pepper slices (drained if from a jar), sliced olives and spinach leaves.
    4. Top with second half of roll. Press down on sandwich. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-4 hours before eating.
