"Ham" Salad For Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb balogona
- 4 eggs, boiled and shelled
- 1 16 oz jar sweet pickles
- 1/2 large sweet onion
- A little sugar
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
- Miracle Whip to make a nice moist sandwich spread
- A little salt if you think the spread needs it
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Colby cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Run the balogona, pickles, eggs and onion through one of those old timey, clamp onto the counter top meat grinders. If you don't have one a food processor fitted with a metal blade will work.
- Mix all the ingredients together and chill before serving.
- Make sandwiches with fresh slices of white Sunbeam bread. Wonder bread will work, but Sunbeam is better.
