- 1 #2 can Mexican style diced tomatoes with juice from can
- 2 large stalks celery
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded
- 6-8 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled
- 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Place ingredients into blender jar and blend to desired consistency
- Makes approx 3 1/2 to 4 cups
