    Sunday Night Tomato Soup

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 10 3/4 oz can Campbell's Cream of Tomato Soup
    • 1 soup can full of half and half
    • 1 shallot, peeled and minced
    • 1/2 box grape tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Make tomato soup with half and half and according to the directions on the can.

    2. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter and saute minced shallot in the butter for about 2 minutes. Add grape tomatoes, cut into halves. Continue cooking until the tomatoes are hot through.

    3. Mix the tomato, shallot, butter mixture into the hot soup.

    4. Serve in soup mugs. Sprinkle Kraft grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the soup.



    Final Comments


    This is a favorite Sunday night winter supper and served with grilled cheese sandwiches made with sharp Cheddar cheese. Serves 2
