Sunday Night Tomato Soup

- 1 10 3/4 oz can Campbell's Cream of Tomato Soup
- 1 soup can full of half and half
- 1 shallot, peeled and minced
- 1/2 box grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Make tomato soup with half and half and according to the directions on the can.
- Meanwhile, melt 1/4 cup butter and saute minced shallot in the butter for about 2 minutes. Add grape tomatoes, cut into halves. Continue cooking until the tomatoes are hot through.
- Mix the tomato, shallot, butter mixture into the hot soup.
- Serve in soup mugs. Sprinkle Kraft grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the soup.
Final Comments
This is a favorite Sunday night winter supper and served with grilled cheese sandwiches made with sharp Cheddar cheese. Serves 2
