List of Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbl. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 cups cooked sliced carrots
- 2 Tbl. butter
Instructions
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Blend in vinegar and water. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick and bubbling.
- Add salt, pepper, butter and carrots. Heat, stirring gently until carrots are hot through.
