    Pressure Cooker Green Beans

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 LB fresh green beans
    • 1 Medium onion
    • Bacon grease
    • 3/4 Cup water
    • McCormick's Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    • Salt


    Instructions


    1. Tail & snap beans. Wash & drain until dry.
    2. Saute beans for 2 or 3 minutes in hot bacon grease.
    3. Add water, beans & bacon grease, onion, McCormick seasoing & salt to taste to pressure cooker with cooking rack.
    4. Cook under pressure for 4 to 5 minutes.
    5. Let pressure drop naturally before opening cooker.
