Pressure Cooker Green Beans

List of Ingredients
- 2 LB fresh green beans
- 1 Medium onion
- Bacon grease
- 3/4 Cup water
- McCormick's Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Salt
Instructions
- Tail & snap beans. Wash & drain until dry.
- Saute beans for 2 or 3 minutes in hot bacon grease.
- Add water, beans & bacon grease, onion, McCormick seasoing & salt to taste to pressure cooker with cooking rack.
- Cook under pressure for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Let pressure drop naturally before opening cooker.
