Yet Another Squash Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow crookneck squash
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 cups home made breadcrumbs, toasted
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2-3/4 cup milk
- 2 or 3 dashes hot sauce
- garlic & herb seasoning to taste
- ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut zucchini & yellow squash and onion in large dice. Cook in a small amount of salted water until tender (approx 10 min)
- Drain squashes. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add some grated Cheddar cheese to the top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is somewhat puffy and cooked through.
