    1 package lemon cake mix
    1-4 oz package lemon instant pudding & pie mix
    4 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake for 50 minutes.

    For glaze use 1/2 cup cream cheese icing melted in microwave and pour over top or just use a fresh lemon and squeeze juice over top hot cake.
