    1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
    3/4 cup oil
    3 eggs
    2 small cans mandarin oranges do not drain
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    1 cup pecans, chopped
    1-8 oz frozen non dairy topping, thawed
    1 large can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup do not drain

    Recipe



    Instructions

    Mix together crushed pineapple in juice, pudding and pecans with non dairy topping, refrigerate while preparing cake.

    Mix by hand the cake mix with mandarin oranges in juice, eggs, and oil. Bake by directions on box for 2-9 inch round cake pans. Cool and spread prepared icing on top. Keep Refrigerated.
