    List of Ingredients




    1 cup white flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2/3 cup canned pumpkin
    Filling:
    4 tablespoons butter, softened
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1-8 oz cream cheese, softened

    Instructions

    Mix all filling ingredients and refrigerate while making the cake. Mix all cake ingredients in a medium size bowl, pour into well greased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

    While cake is hot be careful not to burn yourself, dump cake onto wax paper sprinkled with confectioners' sugar. BE CAREFUL CAKE WILL BE HOT!!! Roll cake short edge to short edge you may want to use a towel while rolling instead of your hands so not to burn yourself. Cool cake in refrigerator and bring out when cool to the touch. Unroll cake and spread filling mixture on top, roll back up. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Keep refrigerated.
