    1/2 cup peanut butter
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 to 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (add more if mixture is too sticky)
    8 oz chocolate flavored candy coating

    Instructions

    Stir together in a bowl the peanut butter and butter. Gradually add in powdered sugar, stirring til combined. You may have to add more confectioner's sugar to keep mixture from being sticky. Shape into 1" balls, place on wax paper and let stand for 20 minutes. Dip balls into coating. Place on wax paper. Store in refrigerator. Makes roughly 30 pieces.
