    Banana Bread

    List of Ingredients




    1C. Butter
    2C. Sugar
    3C. Mashed Banana
    4 Eggs- well beaten
    21/2 C. Flour
    2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    1 Tsp. Salt

    Recipe



    Cream Butter add Sugar then add the Banana and Eggs
    Mix Dry together add to the wet
    Bake at 350 for about an hour
    Makes 2 loaves
    The blacker the banana the better.
