    Chocolate Zucchini Cake

    List of Ingredients




    21/2 C.Flour
    1/2 C. Cocoa
    21/2 tsp. Baking powder
    11/2 tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon

    3/4 C. Butter
    2C. Sugar
    3 Eggs
    2 tsp. Orange Rind
    2 tsp. Vanilla
    2 C. Grated Zucchini
    1/2 C. Milk

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients together set aside
    Blend sugar and butter until combined. Add eggs. Blend until combined. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir dry and wet together alternating with the milk.

    Bake in a bundt pan at 350 for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean. You can then combine 3/4 C. icing sugar with 1Tbs of orange juice to pour over cake.
