Finding out that I had diabetes made it necessary for me to redesign recipes to meet my needs and not be over the top in carbohydrates. This in just one of many that I have been playing with to test my ability to reinvent my recipes.
List of Ingredients
- 2 or 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1Tbsp Splenda
- 1Tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- mix ingredients and give a few minutes for flavors to meld.
Final Comments
As you can see this is a simple recipe and can be increased or decreased according to need.
