List of Ingredients
- Velveta cheese (one box)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can of sliced jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook ground beef until brown and drain.
- Add sliced jalapeno peppers and cook over medium heat.( Drain the jalapenos before adding to meat mixture.)
- Cut the cheese into small squares and add to the meat mixture. Add the 1/2 cup of milk to the meat and cheese mixture.
- Dip is ready when all the cheese mixture is melted.
Final Comments
Serve with corn chips. Add lettuce, tomatoes, sourcream and you have great Nachos!
