    List of Ingredients


    • Velveta cheese (one box)
    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 small can of sliced jalapeno peppers
    • 1/2 cup milk


    Instructions


    1. Cook ground beef until brown and drain.
    2. Add sliced jalapeno peppers and cook over medium heat.( Drain the jalapenos before adding to meat mixture.)
    3. Cut the cheese into small squares and add to the meat mixture. Add the 1/2 cup of milk to the meat and cheese mixture.
    4. Dip is ready when all the cheese mixture is melted.


    Final Comments


    Serve with corn chips. Add lettuce, tomatoes, sourcream and you have great Nachos!
