List of Ingredients



• Herring in wine
  
• 2 big pickles
  
• 1 big onion
  
• 2-3 cans of beets
  
• 1/2 glass mayonaise
  






Instructions



1. Dice herring, slice pickles and onion.
   
   
2. Grate beets
   
   
3. Put layer of herring dice on large flat dish, add a layer of onion on top of the herring.
   
   
4. Add a layer of pickles and then a layer of beets.
   
   
5. Cover the layer of beets with mayonaise.
   
   
6. Great appetizer, cut into cake like slices and serve.
