    This makes alot so use the largest mixing bowl you have.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (25.6 ) box powdered milk (102/3 cups)
    • 1 6 oz. jar non-dairy creamer
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 16 oz. can instant cocoa mix


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients in order listed.
    2. Stir and mix throughly or use a wisk to mix together.
    3. Use 4 Tbsp. per cup of boiling water.
    4. Top with mini marshmallows.
