Strawberry Cake & Icing

List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
  
• 1 pkg. (small) wild strawberry jello (pour in dry)
  
• 3/4 c. salad oil
  
• 1/2 c. water
  
• 1/2 box frozen strawberries (thawed)
  
• 4 eggs ( add one at a time)
  
• 1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
  
• 1 Tbsp. butter
  
• 1 box powdered sugar
  
• 1/2 box strawberries
  






Instructions



1. Add cake ingredients in order, mix well.
   
   
2. Bake at 350 degrees. Makes 3 layers or one 12x9 inch cake.
   
   
3. Icing: Cream 1 pkg. cream cheese and butter. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Mix in other half of strawberries. ( You will need to drain the juice from the frozen strawberries or the icing will be runny.)
