    Chicken Stuffing Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups. chicken, cooked and diced ( 1 whole chicken works fine)
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 8 oz. carton sour cream
    • 1 c. chicken broth
    • 1 package cornbread stuffing mix


    Instructions


    1. Reserve small amount of stuffing (dry) for garnish.
    2. Mix all ingredients together.
    3. Pour into a greased baking dish. (large corning ware or pyrex works fine)
    4. Sprinkle reserved dry stuffing on top.
    5. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6-8
