    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. lingunie
    • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 4 green onions; chopped
    • 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
    • 2 c. chopped ham
    • 1 1/4 c. frozen green peas
    • 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. butter
    • 1/3 c. C parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook lingunie according to package directions.
    2. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in deep skillet over moderate heat 1 min. Add onions and garlic; satue for 3 min.
    3. Add mushrooms and remaning olive oil. Satue for 3 min. longer.
    4. Add ham, cook 1 min. Add peas, broth & pepper. Raise the heat to high and boil un-covered for 3 min. or until liquid is slight, reduce heat.
    5. Remove from the heat and add butter.
    6. Drain the lingunie and add to the skillett along with the cheese and toss lightly.
    7. Serve with additional parmesan cheese on the side.
