List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. lingunie
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 green onions; chopped
- 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. chopped ham
- 1 1/4 c. frozen green peas
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. C parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook lingunie according to package directions.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in deep skillet over moderate heat 1 min. Add onions and garlic; satue for 3 min.
- Add mushrooms and remaning olive oil. Satue for 3 min. longer.
- Add ham, cook 1 min. Add peas, broth & pepper. Raise the heat to high and boil un-covered for 3 min. or until liquid is slight, reduce heat.
- Remove from the heat and add butter.
- Drain the lingunie and add to the skillett along with the cheese and toss lightly.
- Serve with additional parmesan cheese on the side.
