    Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lg. potatoes
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/4 tbl grated onion
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1 cup (4oz.) shreddred chedder cheese
    • 1 tbl. chopped fresh parsley


    Instructions


    1. Thinly slice the potatoes.

    2. Place in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.

    3. In a small sauce pan heat butter,onion,salt,thyme and pepper until butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes.

    4. Cover and bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until tender.

    5. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley

    6. Bake,uncover for 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts
