List of Ingredients
- 4 lg. potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 tbl grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup (4oz.) shreddred chedder cheese
- 1 tbl. chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Thinly slice the potatoes.
- Place in a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
- In a small sauce pan heat butter,onion,salt,thyme and pepper until butter is melted. Drizzle over potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese and parsley
- Bake,uncover for 15 minutes longer or until cheese melts
