List of Ingredients
- 4 to 5 bags of microwave popcorn (popped)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Instructions
- In a heavy pot mix together brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
- Boil on medium high for exactly 5 min. Stirring constantly.
- Take off burner and quickly add baking soda.
- Stir briskly for 20 to 40 seconds. This mixture will foam as you stir.
- Immediately pour over popped popcorn that has been placed in a large roasting pan.
- Cover popcorn well with mixture by stirring.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every fifteen min.
