    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 5 bags of microwave popcorn (popped)
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 2 sticks margarine
    • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
    • 1 tsp. baking soda


    Instructions


    1. In a heavy pot mix together brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
    2. Boil on medium high for exactly 5 min. Stirring constantly.
    3. Take off burner and quickly add baking soda.
    4. Stir briskly for 20 to 40 seconds. This mixture will foam as you stir.
    5. Immediately pour over popped popcorn that has been placed in a large roasting pan.
    6. Cover popcorn well with mixture by stirring.
    7. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every fifteen min.
