    Chocolate Fudge Dessert

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup butter or marg.
    • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
    • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    • 1 jar (10 oz) marshmellow cream
    • 1 cup chopped nuts
    • 1 tsp. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Combine sugar, butter and milk in a buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.

    2. Microwave on Roast for 10 min. Stir and continue cooking on Roast for 5 - 6 min or until mixture forms soft ball in cold water.

    3. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Fold in marshmellow creme, nuts and vanilla.

    4. Pour into buttered 3-quart (13x9) pan. Chill until firm; cut into squares.



    Final Comments


    Makes aprox. 72 fudge squares
