    List of Ingredients


    • 2 sticks of butter
    • 3 celery ribs, chopped
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 2 lbs. Crawfish or shrimp
    • 1 lb. velveeta cheese (hot)
    • 1 lb. fettuccini noodles
    • parmesan cheese
    • 2 large onions, chopped
    • 2 large bell peppers, chopped
    • 4 tsp. parsley
    • 1 quart half & half cream
    • 3 cloves garlic, diced
    • salt and red pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a large pot, melt butter,add vegetables and saute' until tender.
    2. Add flour, blend into the butter mixture. Cook 15 minutes, stirring often.
    3. Add parsley and seafood.
    4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
    5. Add half and half, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper(to taste).
    6. Cover and cook on low for 20 min.
    7. Add cooked fettuccini noodles to sauce.
    8. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.
    9. Cover wil foil and bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
