    Chicken Fried Steak

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lbs. tenderized round steak.
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 Tbsp. milk
    • 2 12-ounce cans evaporated milk
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    • tsp. pepper
    • 1 c. oil or melted shortening


    Instructions


    1. Cut steak into desired portions.

    2. Combine the eggs and milk in a marnade dish.

    3. Place steak into marinade, let it soak for 45 min.

    4. On a platter, combine the salt, pepper, onion salt & flour

    5. Coat the steak with the flour mixture.

    6. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook steak on each side until golden brown.
