List of Ingredients
- 1/2 stick marg.
- 1 can french onion dip
- 2 soup cans of water
- 2 soup cans of rice
- chopped celery
- chopped chicken pieces
Instructions
- Melt 1/2 stick marg. in pan
- Add 1 can French onion soup, add water, add rice ( instant) un-cooked
- Add chopped celery if desired.
- Lay chicken pieces on top
- Cook in a 9x13 baking dish for 50-60 min. At 350 degrees.
- Check chicken for doneness.
Final Comments
This makes a nice size meal
