    Cowboy Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small box velvetta (cut into chunks)
    • 1 can cream mushroom soup
    • 1 can tomato soup
    • 1 lb. hamburger
    • 1 8oz. box noodles ( any variety)
    • 1 medium sized onion; chopped
    • crushed red pepper


    Instructions


    1. Brown the hamburger meat with the chopped onion.

    2. As you are browning the meat, begin preparing the noodles according to the package instructions.

    3. As the meat and noodles are cooking, pour the cream of mushroom and tomato soup into a large sauce pan over a medium heat. Stir frequently.

    4. When the noodles finish cooking , drain and return to the pan.

    5. Drain the meat and stir with the noodles.

    6. Add the velvetta to the soups, let the cheese melt until the mixture is smooth.

    7. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle the top with crushed red pepper.



    Final Comments


    Serve with salad and garlic bread
