List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground round
- potatoes (sliced)
- carrots (sliced)
- 1 onion chopped
- chicken bullion (or base)
- Optional; broccli, cauliflower, any green vegetable.
- Marg., salt & pepper
Instructions
- Make six meat patties for bottom of 13x9" pan.
- Add potatoes, carrots, onion & vegetables.
- Dot with butter; salt & pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle generously with chicken bullion. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 475 degrees oven foe 1 hour.
