    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground round
    • potatoes (sliced)
    • carrots (sliced)
    • 1 onion chopped
    • chicken bullion (or base)
    • Optional; broccli, cauliflower, any green vegetable.
    • Marg., salt & pepper


    Instructions


    1. Make six meat patties for bottom of 13x9" pan.
    2. Add potatoes, carrots, onion & vegetables.
    3. Dot with butter; salt & pepper to taste.
    4. Sprinkle generously with chicken bullion. Cover with foil.
    5. Bake at 475 degrees oven foe 1 hour.
