Chicken Enchilada

List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can of carnation evaporated milk
- 1 sm. can chopped green chilis
- 1/2 lb. of grated cheese
- 1 cup chicked broth / from cooked chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 small cooked boned chicken.
Instructions
- Cook whole chicken until done. Cool and take off the meat and cut into small pieces, set the chicken aside.
- Combine onion, chicken broth, mushroom soup, chicken soup, evaporated milk, chilis and chicken meat into a large pan. Bring to a boil then take off the heat.
- Line a baking dish with tortillas; cut into small pieces.
- Pour the chicken mixture onto tortillas and put the grated cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
