    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs Sirloin Steak Cubed
    • 2 tbl. sp. cornstarch
    • 1 cup water
    • 2-14 oz can diced tomatoes
    • 1 tbls. sp garlic powder
    • 1 jalapeno, seeded & diced
    • 1/2 bell pepper diced
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. blk. pepper
    • 4 tbl. sp. ground cumin
    • vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. Pour enough oil to coat bottom of a large skillet.
    2. Coat steak with cornstarch put in pan over medium heat until brown. stirring constantly.
    3. Drain meat on paper towel.
    4. Clean skillet add the steak back into the pan.
    5. Add other ingredients.
    6. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes. stirring often.
    7. Remove lid and simmer an additional 30 minutes uncovered until sauce is thick and meat is tender


    Final Comments


    Serve with warm tortillas and cheese.
