Scalloped Potatoes

- 3 Tbl. butter
- 2 Tbl. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 6 medium potatoes / cut thinly (6 cups)
- 2 tbl. chopped onions
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add flour and milk stir on medium heat. Make sauce with first five ingredients
- Place half of the potatoes on greased 2 qt. casserole; cover with half the onions and half the sauce. Repeat layers cover and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 min. longer.
