Squash Dish

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. yellow squash
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrot
- 1 8 oz. package herb seasoned stuffing mix.
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Instructions
- Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 min.
- Combine soup and sour cream in a bowl, mix well.
- Fold in carrots and squash, blending well.
- Combine stuffing mix and marg. in a bowl until well mixed.
- Spread half of stuffing in bottom of a 7x12 in. baking dish.
- Spoon in vegetable mixture, top with remaning stuffing.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
