After you carve the pumpkins for Halloween, roasts the seeds for a yummy treat!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2 c cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp olive oil
sprinkle salt to taste
Recipe
Place seeds, oil in ziplock bag and shake or knead to mix. Spread onto a cookie sheet and salt to taste. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and eat.
