List of Ingredients
1 1/2 c finely chopped pecans
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c water
1/2 c butter
12-oz semi-sweet chocolate
Recipe
Combine, stir and heat to boiling the following: sugar, salt, water, and butter. Cook without stirring to light crack - 285 degrees. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Pour candy on greased sheet and cool. Melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave. Spread chocolate over candy and spinkle with nuts. Cool and break into pieces.
