Baked Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (lean)
5-oz frozen spinach (thawed)
1/2 c grated parmesean
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
2 1/2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves (minced) garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c bread crumbs, divided
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, spinach, cheese, egg, basil, parley, garlic, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs. Using your hands, mix all ingredients until just mixed together. Place the remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs in a small bowl. Roll meat mixture into golfball sized balls and roll to coat in the bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes, rolling often, or if you have it, prop each meatball in the individual cups of a miniature muffin pan. These meatballs are delicious!!
